Description

Clematis cirrhosa

Clematis cirrhosa ‘Freckles’ is a delightful winter-flowering climber that brings charm and colour to the garden during the colder months. From mid-winter into early spring, it produces masses of creamy-white, bell-shaped flowers heavily speckled with deep burgundy “freckles” inside each petal. The flowers hang gracefully among finely cut, semi-evergreen foliage, followed by attractive fluffy seed heads that extend seasonal interest.
