Description

Erigeron karvinskianus

Daisy Spray or Seaside Daisy is a hardy perennial shrub with little daisy flowers of pink and white. • Only grows 15cm tall! • Perfect for borders, pots and the cottage style garden • Tolerates heat, drought, poor soils and frost 3"/7cm pot size

Magnolia stellata 'Star Magnolia'

Star Magnolia is an oval to rounded shrub or small tree that will grow 15 to 20 feet in height with a spread of 10 to 15 feet. The habit is a very upright conical crown when young; crown spreads some with age. Leaves are glabrous and dark green above and light green below. It produces fragrant white flowers. Likes a full sun to semi-shade location. 16''/40cm pot

Ficus microcarpa hillii

Ficus hillii or 'Hill's Weeping Fig' are the hardiest of the evergreen ficus plants and are the number one choice for standardizing. The soft, white bark contrasts beautifully against the exuberant, glossy green foliage, making a feature out of your pleached hedge or standard topiary. Unlike other ficus, the foliage of the Hill's Weeping Ficus can be hit by a hard frost without recoiling and turning black. Ficus hillii can tolerate a wide range of soils from clay to sandy, preferring a rich, moist loam in which it would thrive. They grow best in full sun to part shade and produce no flowers, making it a no mess hedging option! Ficus roots are known to be quite vigorous, but can be controlled by keeping the foliage and head of the plant trimmed, roughly 2-4 times a year. They are best planted away from water pipes, easements and pools to avoid any root issues. For more information on Ficus see our Ficus Factsheet 12"/30cm pot 1.5m tall

Lavandula angustifolia "Hidcote"

Hidcote Lavender is a dwarf bush with aromatic silver-green leaves bearing slender spikes of dark purple-blue flowers during spring and summer. The flowers are darker in colour than Munstead lavendar, and Hidcote does not grow as tall. 6" pot size, approximately 8-20cm in height.

Sisyrinchium

Devon Skies is a special ground cover that creates a magical carpet of little blue flowers in Spring-Summer. While its foliage has a grass-like look, and it is often known as Blue-eye Grass, it is actually a bulb closely related to the Iris. Devon Skies grows well in pots, and is also is perfect for rockeries. This plant enjoys being in full sun to part shade, and once established is both drought and frost hardy. Grows approximately H: 15cm W: 30cm
ContentDaisy Spray or Erigeron karvinskianus, that will grow into a compact mound 60 cm in diameter and 40 cm tall. Daisy Spray Erigeron retains its compact shape & dosen’t self-sow and spread throughout the garden.
