It works well as a windbreak or screening plant, especially for exposed, windy sites. Good for soil erosion control and its hardy and drought tolerant. Mature growth: 2-3m tall x 1-2m wide. | Thymus serphyllum coccineus Very dense foliage and masses of crimson red flowers. This is a very low-growing creeping variety, with fragrant foliage attractive both when in bloom and throughout the year. Ideal for filling in between pavers as well as for growing as a ground cover.
