| Description | Xanthorrhoea glauca 'Grass Tree'Uniquely Australian, hardy grass tree with rough dark textured trunk and central tuft of foliage. X. glauca has blue-green-grey leaves, and is native to the south east. X. glauca differs from X. johnsonii in having blue-grey leaves. Although grass trees are slow growing in dry conditions, they are certainly worth the wait. It has a growth rate of only 1-2cm per year but it can grow to over 6 metres tall. 16" pot size. | Archontophoenix cunninghamianaBangalow Palms are native to Australia and are often used as indoor plants here down South. To grow into a very large tree they would probably require warmer climates than Melbourne, but as a small or medium size tree they look lovely anyway. Use Bangalow Palms as a clumped indoor plant or in a sheltered spot outdoors to add a tropical feel to the garden. | |||||||||||||||
