| Description | Hedera canariensisCanary Island Ivy is an evergreen climber with large deep green leaves. A showy and fast-growing climber, the leaves are initially yellow-green then dark green as they age, with beautiful, red stems. It also comes in variegated (two-coloured) forms. As Canary Island Ivy is originally a tropical plant, growth can be damaged in a hard frost but will re-shoot in Spring. Otherwise, it is very hardy, making it popular as a climber or groundcover. Grows best in full sun to partial shade. One use of Canary Island Ivy that is seeing a resurgence in popularity is in creating an "ivy lawn", where the ivy is mass planted and used as a ground cover for a garden bed or large area. 3"/7cm pot size. | HydrangeaSundae Fraise is a deciduous shrub which produces flowers seen throughout Summer and Autumn. Juvenile flowers are generally green and white, whereas mature flowers display a variety of pink hues, ranging from soft pink to vibrant hot pink. Sundae Fraise is a hardy, compact and quick growing plant that prefers a partially shaded position. It grows well in moist and well-drained soils. Responds well to pruning. Grows to approximately 1-2m in height and 1m in width. 10"/25cm pot size. | Acacia pycnanthaThe Golden Wattle is a small and very hardy native Australian tree with bright green sickle-shaped leaves. Large golden ball-shaped flowers occur in Winter/Spring. Golden Wattle grows to around 6 meters, and tolerates a wide range of conditions and soil types. This Acacia is Australia’s floral emblem. | ||
