Description

Escallonia Iveyi

Escallonia Iveyi is a quick growing, evergreen plant with fragrant white flowers in summer. Ideal for hedges, borders or screening. It is particulary hardy and will cope with coastal conditions as well as a hot, dry location, but does not cope with humidity. Frost hardy and drought tolerant once established.  Plant 70cm apart for hedges and borders. 6" pot size, approximately 15-25cm in height.

Melaleuca bracteata (Honey Myrtle)

Revolution Gold is a dense, small, upright tree, with attractive golden foliage. The foliage becomes more intense in sunnier positions. Makes a great colour contrasted screening shrub, windbreak or as a feature specimen. Revolution Gold responds well to pruning to encourage a more dense habit. Small white flowers in Summer. Suits most soil types and positions, drought and frost tolerant. Grows to approximately 3-4m in height. This is a low maintenance plant that is great for coastal gardens.

Malus purpurea

The Purple Crab Apple makes a handsome small tree, quite round topped in maturity. With beautiful flowers which are a deep, red-purple colour creating an effect that looks almost unbelievably rich. A great specimen tree, in Autumn the Purple Crab Apple has dark purple fruit and leaves which turn shades of yellow and red. 13" pot size.
Nepeta x racemosa Catmint Six Hills Giant produces an abundance of beautiful blue-mauve flowers in Spring. This plant attracts butterflies and bees. Attractive grey green foliage provides interest when flowering has finished. This is a fantastic plant for growing under roses or informal border. Prefers a full sun position in well drained soil. Grows to approximately 70cm in height. Ideal for pots or containers.
