Salvia Elegans 'Pineapple Sage'

Pineapple Sage is an herbaceous perennial with scarlet red flowers. The ovate foliage is a grey-green colour. The oppositely positioned leaves are covered in small hairs and distinctly veined. The leaves remain scented all year and crushing them releases the best scent.

Grows well in full sun with well-drained soil
A favorite of hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees, making it great for wildlife-friendly gardens.
Has bright red flowers and pineapple-scented leaves, often used in teas, salads, and garnishes.
