| Description | Pinus mugo var. pumilio 'Dwarf Mountain Pine'
A small conifer forming a dense, spreading, cushion-shaped mound of emerald-green needles. A slow growing addition perfect for rockeries and garden beds. Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. A narrow, upright form and an excellent choice for space-restricted or compact areas. Glossy green leaves in Summer, Plentiful white flowers pop up in spring and autumn colour of Reds, Oranges and Purples.

Can average 8-10m tall. Can be trimmed to keep at 6m if required.
