Description

Philodendron hastatum

A very rare and unusual philodendron with silver, almost metallic-looking foliage. Has a strong climbing habit, so needs a post, log, trellis, or tree to grow on. Set the Philodendron in a location with bright, indirect sunlight. Find a position near a window where the sun’s rays never actually touch the foliage. While it’s normal for older leaves to yellow, if this happens to several leaves at the same time, the plant may be getting too much light. On the other hand, if the stems are long and leggy with several inches between leaves, the plant probably isn’t getting enough light 4''/10cm pot

Malus domestica

Pink Lady apples are probably the most popular of recently developed apple varieties in Australia. Pink/pale red with a green blush, they feature juicy crisp flesh with a great flavour that is sweet and slightly sour. Remember that apple trees need to be planted near other apple trees so that they can polinate eachother and produce fruit. Ideal companions for Pink Lady apple trees are Snow, Granny Smith and Fuji. This is because they all flower at a similar time.

Raphanus sativus

A radish with round white skin roots with green shoulders and a colourful red interior. A very attractive variety ideal for salads or as a garnish. Flesh is crisp with a mild and sweet flavour. Roots resemble a mini watermelon in appearance. Sometimes called "Red Meat Radish". 4''/10cm pot

Washingtonia robusta

It can reach a mature height of 7m in Victoria's climate. It has large fan like fronds with remnant threads of foliage that appear like ‘cotton’ hanging from between frond segments. It is tough, drought and frost tolerant when established! It is a perfect addition for features and tropical gardens. 100 litre pot.
