This easy to care for plant can adapt to all kinds of conditions (as long as its warm), making it a popular houseplant. The Imperial Red is called a self-header. The Imperial Red gets its name from its big glossy leaves which start off a deep red-brown and as the leaves mature it turns green. The Imperial Red doesn't require a lot of watering.
Prefers tropical climates or warmth indoors, loves shade. Grows to 1m.
