Rhapis excelsa

The Lady Palm is a relatively cold tolerant palm, and will grow well in frost-free temperate climates. They grow best in semi-shaded parts of the garden and indoors. Lady Palms are easy to grow and are quite slow growing. This means they can remain in the same pot for long periods of time. Lady Palms are ideal as indoor plants, providing greenery and life indoors. They are also excellent air purifiers. Nandina domestica 'Moon Bay'

Moon Bay is an elegant, fine leaf variety of the ever popular Dwarf Nandina • Grows up to 80cm in a self shaping, rounded form • Lime green foliage turns vibrant red in the winter • Will grow in full sun to shade and tolerates poor soils, frost and drought 7"/18cm pot size

Callistemon citrinus 'Kings Park Special'

Callistemon Kings Park Special features narrow green leaves and deep red bottle-brush flowers that are grouped together in bunches, making a spectacular display in spring and autumn. Kings Park Special is one of the larger Callistemons, so it's great for a tall screen or feature tree. Like all callistemons, it's hardy and bird attracting.

Dodonaea viscosa

Mr Green Sheen/Screen is a bright green variety of Dodonaea, a hardy, upright evergreen shrub originating from Tasmania. It also has winged red and yellow flowers that are produced in Summer and Autumn. Dodonaea makes a fantastic native hedge that responds well to pruning. This shrub needs minimal water once established. It also grows in most soil types. 16" pot size.

If you look around Melbourne (particularly in the older suburbs) right now, you’ll see these beautiful small trees in flower with their beautiful pink tulip like flowers. It’s a pre cursor to spring. Soulangeana Magnolias, also known as Tulip Magnolias, are a small deciduous tree with large green foliage that fall in autumn. This tree has magnificent large purple flowers shaped like a tulip, which appear before the leaves in late winter/early spring and are a great contrast against the dark branches. The foliage is green and glossy appearing after the flowers. It can be planted singularly or in a row both in parks and landscapes. This lovely specimen tree grows to a height of approximately 7m. Acmena smithii Cherry Black Lilly Pilly is a fast growing, evergreen shrub with narrow, glossy green foliage and flushes of deep cherry red almost black tones throughout the year. In spring and summer, small creamy-white blossoms will appear.
