Content	Diospyros kaki ‘Nightingale’ Japanese persimmon The Nightingale persimmon is a smaller tree with lovely flavoured big sized fruits, ripening early season, the tree is a heavy bearer, suitable for smaller gardens, this tree is the best for cooler districts. The flavor of the Vanilla Kaki persimmon is rich and sweet, with tasting notes of pear, apricot, and a hint of bourbon vanilla. It has very little of the astringent tartness that marks other persimmon varieties.
