| Description | Penstemon hybrid 'Osprey' Penstemon Osprey is a very showy penstemon with repeat white blushed with pink flowers. Penstemon are a long flowering softly billowing shrub that definitely deserve a place in the cottage garden. Flowering from late Spring through to early Winter, these plants are tolerant to dry spells and very hardy.
