Pizza thyme, also known as Italian thyme, is a small hardy perennial shrub, that grows to about 30cm tall. Spring and summer it produces pretty pink flowers. It is very easy to grow, loves a sunny well drained position, and requires only moderate watering. Its quite happy in the ground or in containers and pots. It's rich thyme and oregano flavour makes it a preferred herb for pizzas and pasta dishes. You can also use it in any recipe that calls for thyme. Pizza thyme can be used fresh or dried.

A small growing ornamental feature tree that blooms in late July/early August with soft pink double blossoms massed over the entire tree. These blossoms are long lasting and are showered in flowers by mid September and are fully in leaf with rich purple red foliage that changes to a bronzy red in mid Summer.
Prunus Blireana grows to approx. 4-5m in height and width but with a trim, can be kept much more compact if desired. This hardy and colourful feature tree can be planted singly, in clumps or as an avenue/row. The Pink Plum Blossom is extremely hardy and enjoys almost any soil, is wind hardy, drought hardy and frost and heat tolerant. Prunus Blireana is a great choice when considering a compact, hardy and colourful feature tree! It is a flowering ornamental tree, not a fruiting plum tree.
8"/20cm pot | Angelica plants are biennials belonging to the Parsley family. It originated in Northern and Central Europe. In ancient times this plant was considered a powerful protective herb against evil spirits, witchcraft and disease, and in the 17th century it was considered a major medicinal plant. Roots and leaves are used as a digestive stimulant, and the roots and rhizomes are approved by the German Commission E for digestive disturbances including flatulence and mild gastro spasms! The roots, stalks, leaves and flowers are all edible. The stalks are candied for cake decoration, leaves are added to cooked fruit dishes, soups, stews, fish or poultry. The essential oil of the roots and seeds are used as a vanilla like flavouring. This plant can grow up to 1m tall, and prefers a sheltered, semi shaded spot. To survive, this plant requires regular watering in warmer months. And to stop the leaves drying out give them a little spray of water also!! 4" pot size |
