Berrima Bridge is a vigorous form of weeping maple which emerges with green foliage in Spring, becomes copper-green in Summer and displays intense red/orange in Autumn. Use as feature tree for it's lace-leaf foliage and brillant autumn colour. Noted for its foliage that cascades down.
Berrimah Bridge grows to approximately 1-2m in height. This deciduous tree thrives in a full sun or semi shade location with well drained, rich soil.

It looks very similar to mint in appearance, but it is not as invasive and easier to control. Lemon Balm has a delicate flowery lemon flavour and has a wide variety of uses. The fresh leaves can be used as a garnish for drinks, desserts and savoury dishes. It adds zing to fruit salads, garden salads, fruit drinks and punch, sorbet, herb butters, dressing and sauces. Lemon balm butter with a little pepper added goes well with corn, broccoli, beans and asparagus. Use in marinades or sauces to accompany fish or chicken.

Tangelo is a cross between a Grapefruit and a Mandarin. Minneola Tangelo has large bell-shaped fruit, the skin is a deep orange colour, loose and easy to peal. The flesh is very juicy and sweetly tart with no seeds. It is a heavy cropping variety with fruit maturing throughout Spring. Grows to approximately 2-4m in height. Thrives in a full sun position. This rounded evergreen has an upright habit.
