Description

Aesculus hippocastanum

The Horse-Chestnut is a large domed, deciduous tree that is popular in the parklands of Europe and is also fairly common in the cooler areas of Australia. The leaves are large and palmately compound, while the creamy white flowers have a pink spot. They make excellent summer shade trees and are a handsome addition to larger spaces where you can appreciate their outline and attractive foliage which turns russet brown in early autumn, making a wonderful autumnal sight. These trees are best known for their spikey green fruit that contain shiny dark brown nuts or 'conkers'. Conkers particularly when fresh and young contains toxins and should not be eaten. 20''/50cm pot size.

Syzygium australe 

Resilience is a fast growing, aesthetic large native shrub with a beautiful foliage. It's foliage changes from coppery orange to a shiny, deep green with age. This shrub produces white fluffy flowers that are followed by edible dark red berries. Resilience is ideal as a tub specimen or screening and hedging plant. Best placed in a position of full sun or partial shade. Can cope with a wide range of soils but prefers well-drained soils. 8"/20cm pot
Osteospermum ecklonis 'Serenity Coral Magic™' African Daisy Serenity Coral Magic is a bushy, evergreen flowering perennial with a profusion of large peach coloured daisy flowers with a pink centre. They are a compact well branched shrub that is a perfect addition to sunny borders or planter boxes.Excellent for slopes.
