| Description | Acer palmatum dissectum Lionheart is a very vigorous, large-growing variety that is more upright when young and becomes more spreading with age. This cultivar can grow to approximately 3-4 in height and width. Its spring colour is bright red, holding well into Summer before turning bronze or green. Shelter from cold winds and late frosts. Plant in moist, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Lionheart is a stunning deciduous tree that is fairly hard to find. 12"/30cm pot size. Over 1m tall.
