Silver Milkmaid Holly is a dense compact holly with small evenly spined leaves. Light green leaves with creamy-yellow shading and an irregular central splash of creamy white. The female will produce red berries when pollinated by a male. Tolerant of most positions but prefers a moist loamy soil in some sun to keep the colour, but is shade tolerant. Plant in well drained soil with full sun partial shade.
