Description

Viola odorata

Sweet Violet has mid to dark green ovate foliage that is held in rosettes. The sweet scented, deep purple flowers are also held in rosettes and appear from Autumn to early Spring. Sweet Violet prefers to grow in rich, moist and shaded locations. All soil types are acceptable, but free draining sandy or light soils are preferred and will give ideal results. Open areas under trees are ideal, where they may receive dappled shade and sunlight. Great plant for adding colour to your garden. 6"/14cm pot size.

Feijoa sellowiana 'Pineapple guava'

Feijoas are a fairly small evergreen tree with short oval shaped leaves, soft green on top and silvery underneath. Additional to the fruit they yield, they make great specimen trees or can be planted close together for screening and hedging. Following bright red and white flowers, the Feijoa or Pineapple Guava will produce aromatic fruits around the size of an egg that remain green when ripe. They have perfumed pale cream flesh and their taste is a blend of pineapple and strawberry.

Salix babylonica

Weeping Willow is a beautiful deciduous variety that is very hardy. It forms a gracefully rounded crown to about 50 feet in height with a spread just as wide.

Willow Weeping bears dark gray bark. It's branches divide into many thin stems that hang in pendulous curtains to the ground. This tree is very adaptable and will thrive in most soils.
