Small purple crabapples follow in Summer and can remain on the tree into Autumn. Great as an ornamental tree, its fruit are also excellent for crabapple jam. It prefers deep, well-drained soils in a location with full sun, though a little shade throughout the day is well tolerated. Crabapple Profusion once established have some drought tolerance.
