| Description | Boronia megastigma
Brown Boronia is a small shrub that reaches heights of around a meter, and while it can be short lived, it is worth growing for the beautifully perfumed flowers in Spring. The best garden growing conditions are in dappled shade, in moist but well drained soils, and it loves a cool root run, which can be ensured with a good layer of mulch.

Upright Silver Birch is a great specimen tree that is an upright growing birch as its name suggests, with branches that intertwine as they grow. The leaves go from green to a beautiful butter yellow in the autumn.
Upright Birch excels in full sun, and prefers a moist, well drained soil. Used either separate as a specimen tree or planted together as informal screening. Maximum height roughly 10 metres. | Lavandula angustifolia "Hidcote"
Hidcote Lavender is a dwarf bush with aromatic silver-green leaves bearing slender spikes of dark purple-blue flowers during spring and summer. The flowers are darker in colour than Munstead lavendar, and Hidcote does not grow as tall.
