Description

Robinia pseudoacacia Frisia

Golden Robinia has beautiful yellow Spring leaves which deepen in colour to a fresh lime-yellow during Summer, then turn golden-yellow in Autumn, before falling. A visual standout amongst other trees, this Robinia tree is an all round tough plant suitable for many different landscape uses. Whether as a magnificent specimen or a street tree in polluted and industrial areas, it grows with vigor and strength.

Wisteria floribunda (syn. W. longissima)

Wisteria 'Longissima' or Japanese Blue Wisteria is arguably the most impressive variety due to it's stunning, extra long pale purple flowers, which can reach lengths of 1m!  These sweetly scented flowers are produced in late spring to early summer along with the leaves, and are quite spectacular. Also happy to grow in pots, they are quite hardy but will require solid support.

See our Wisteria Factsheet here for more about the different Wisteria varieties!

Mandevilla x amoena

Forever Red is an intense non fading red variety with a super long flowering period from Spring through Autumn. Ideal as a container specimen to bring some tropical colour to sunny patios, courtyards or balconies. Best placed in a full sun/part shade location. It is heat and coastal tolerant.
