| Description | Acer palmatum 'Coonara Pygmy'Coonara Pygmy is a dwarf green maple with soft green new growth. During summer, the foliage changes to green. Autumn brings bright orange and yellow foliage, gloriously accented with splashes of red. Its dense growth habit and awesome Autumn colours make a fantastic feature tree. Likes full sunlight to partial shade. Grows to a height of 4-5ft. A dwarf tree is just like its normal counterpart, except that it has been grafted onto a special rootstock that causes it to remain compact. The innovation of dwarf trees allows you to grow the variety in small spaces, or grow several different varieties where you may only have room for one normal tree.
