Jacaranda mimosifolia Bonsai Blue(PBR)

Finally! A dwarf version of Jacaranda mimosifolia, the Bonsai Blue(PBR) Jacaranda produces the same lush, fern-like foliage, gorgeous bright purple flowers during the summer time and only grows to a maximum height of 2.5m. Perfect for the suburban backyard.

Bonsai Blue(PBR) prefer loose, well-draining soil in a sunny position with protection from frost until it is established. Being a semi-deciduous tree it will only require fertilizer in the spring and summer periods.

The only evergreen ornamental pear currently on the market, making it a highly sought after specimen tree. • Spring blossoms on semi bare branches • Ideal for screening or as a shade tree • Green glossy leaves with a silvered backing Everscreen Pears will only retain leaves in warmer climates. Cool climate areas such as rural Victoria are likely to see leaf drop in the winter but usually for only a period of up to 5 weeks. ContentGolden Biota Conifer is a dense dwarf shrub that has a dense form, with smooth edges. It is ideal for pots, walkways, hedging or borders. A very hardy plant, the Golden Biota conifer does well in well drained soils. In summer the conifer turns to a marvelous shade of bright gold and turns green in the winter. Being highly resilient to adverse weather conditions like frost, the Golden Biota conifer grows easily in various weather and soil conditions. All you need a semi-clay to well drained soil, adequate water in the warmer months and a yearly dose of all purpose fertiliser to grow a lush, healthy specimen.
