| Description | Dichroa versicolor Evergreen Hydrangea has a typical large, ball-type hydrangea flowerhead that starts off with tiny, brilliant white buds that look like tiny pearls. These buds open to tiny brilliant blue, star-like flowers. The real beauty is that the evergreen hydrangea maintains attractive green foliage all year round. It is compact and most of all a sun-hardy shrub that loves a generous amount of water and fertiliser. Note: Dichroa febrifuga and Dichroa versicolor are closely related evergreen shrubs, often called evergreen hydrangeas, known for their blue to pink flowers and metallic berries. Dichroa versicolor is typically larger with glossier leaves and deeper blue blooms, while Dichroa febrifuga (Chinese quinine) is smaller and has a history of medicinal use. | Corymbia ficifolia'Baby Scarlet' Dwarf flowering gum is a highly decorative and fast growing small tree from 3 metres to around 4 metres tall. It has large glossy dark green leaves with a light green reverse with reddish new foliage during the warmer months of the year. It has an outstanding display of large red flowers which will attract nectar loving birds, followed by attractive large gum nuts. Best in a well drained soil in a sunny position.
