Description	Phoenix roebelenii 'Pygmy Date Palm' Date Palms feature an interesting, classic palm trunk that forms and grows larger as it matures. They have a crown of elegant dark green lacy fronds cascading from the top of this. A mature Date Palm will reach 2-3 meters tall. Old, dead fronds are best pruned off to expose the trunk as the tree ages and to keep it neat. The Date Palm is another good plant for creating a tropical feel in the garden which does well down South.	Eucalyptus pauciflora  Commonly known as: Snow gum, Cabbage gum or White Sally. The Snow Gum is a white trunked beauty and is recognizable by its wonderful twisted growing habit, which originates from the tree's coping mechanism for loads of snow in its native Aussie alpine home.
