Even when not in bloom, the fern-like foliage and elegant arching structure make it a visually appealing addition to any garden. It thrives in full sun or partial shade and prefers well-drained soils. This plant is resilient, being tolerant of drought, frost, and coastal conditions.
6"/14cm pot | Salix integra 'Hakuro-Nishiki' , Dappled Willow, Flamingo Willow
The Japanese blooming willow, Salix integra, originates from the Asian flower garden culture and is mainly grown as standard. It is undemanding and enriches every garden with its gorgeous look featuring green-white variegated leaves. The intensity of the leaf colour can vary, depending on how much sunlight a Variegated Nishiki Willow gets.
A big feature of the Nishiki willow is that new growth in spring is a gorgeous, delicate pink colour. This makes the dappled willow an attractive ornamental shrub. | Vaccinium ashei 'Brightwell' Blueberry
Brightwell is one of the hardiest of all the Blueberries. Berries often form like grapes in thick clusters. This variety is often in the shops due to it's larger size and bigger harvest. It tends to ripen in the middle or end of the blueberry harvesting season. It is self fertile but you can increase it's yield by planting it near other varieties. This variety is perfectly suited for a home orchard.
Blueberries apart from being very tasty have many fantastic health benefits. They are extremely high in antioxidants, and have anti-inflammatory properties, as well as lowering cholesterol in the blood.
