Description

Banksia integrifolia

Banksia integrifolia or ‘Coastal Banksia’ is a hardy native found down the Eastern coastline of Australia. Often seen in windswept and sculptural shapes along beach fronts, when placed in a less hostile environment, they can become quite beautiful, bushy specimen plants. They grow anywhere between 4m - 10m and 1m - 5m wide, depending on their environment. During autumn and winter their yellow flowers form into large cones, rich with nectar. These stunning flowers attract lots of bird life, particularly cockatoos and honey-eaters. Coastal Banksia is a slow grower and can handle a wide range of soil types. 10" pot size.

Rubus idaeus 'Coho' Raspberry

Coho Raspberries are firm and full of flavour. Of all the Raspberries, they are the largest fruit and the latest to crop, providing an abundance of sweet juicy fruit around June/July. Their preferred position is in full sun, in a rich, well drained soil, with good watering in Summertime.

There are multiple uses for Raspberries including: jam making, use In desserts, add to your morning breakfast for a healthy start to the day, and of-course, simply eaten fresh. They can even be frozen. They are happy to be grown in pots.

River Peppermint is a slender tree with a pendulous habit and thin leaves. The bark is smooth and white on the upper trunk where it often peels into ribbons. The leaves have a strong peppermint smell when crushed. It is a nice placement tree for medium to large gardens. 12''/30cm pot
