Jacaranda mimosifolia

The Jacaranda tree puts on a breathtaking floral display. Its vivid lilac-blue clusters of trumpet shaped blossoms appear in the summer, later falling to the earth carpeting the ground with a mass of colour. It is said that if you are walking underneath the Jacaranda tree and one of the trumpet blossoms falls on your head you will be favoured by fortune.

Grevillea preissii 'Sea Spray'

Sea Spray is a low, ground-cover style Grevillea with rich red flowers that are more compact than other varieties. It grows to around half a metre high but will spread 2-3 metres wide. Its flowers bloom in Winter and Spring as well as being bird attracting. Sea Spray is a native to Western Australia and is ideal for coastal gardens or sandy soil. It is frost and drought hardy. Grows approximately H:40 cm W:3 Meters
