Description

Cedrus deodara

This lovely, unusual Standard is ideal as a feature plant while also looking fabulous in a pot. This evergreen has a natural weeping form, with masses of fine, soft, needle-like, blue-grey foliage, and small male and female seeds in cones, making it an intersting sight. Preferring a well drained soil, it can withstand frost and some drought once it has established.

13" pot size, ranging between 4ft-6ft tall

Rosa David Austin

The Lilian Austin rose features attractive salmon pink flowers, with slight tinting of orange and apricot in the centres. It is known to have a fruity fragrance. Plant in full sun to part shade in well worked soil. 8"/20cm pot - 2ft Standard
Prunus avium Napoleon Cherry is a popular cherry, with unusual yellow, orange and red skin. It produces large amounts of fruit which are ripe mid-summer. Less intensely sugared than the purple-fleshed varieties more commonly sold today. Use Stella cherry as a cross-pollinator. 12"/30cm pot
ContentRoses are easily one of the most popular and widely cultivated groups of flowering plants. Numerous different cultivars have been produced over the last two centuries although roses have been grown for millennia before their popularity bloomed. Renown for their flowers and beauty they are also loved for other reasons such as their fruit, the rose hip which can be made into an old fashioned jam or for garden uses such as ground covers and hedging.
