Dianella caerulea 'Cassa Blue'®

Cassa Blue Dianella has a lovely erect, blueish foliage which provides an interesting texture in your garden. It will grow to approx. 50cm in height & width and in Spring it produces lovely blue flowers on spikes for added interest. It is an Australian Native, and therefore extremely hardy, suited to many conditions and requiring no maintenance. It can be also be used as a border plant.  Using this plant with other contrasting plants will enhance any garden. 6" pot size.

Ophiopogan japonicas 

Mondo Grass is a groundcover or bordering plant that lets you throw away your shears. The advantage of Mondo Grass is that once they grow to their full height, they never grow any taller. You simply choose the right height plant for your needs to create a dense, rich, glossy green border that never needs trimming. Tall Mondo Grass grows to 9-10 inches long and spreads quickly to create a dense evergreen border with a soft look that compliments many gardens.

Lomandra glauca 

Blue Ridge is a hardy, drought tolerant plant that is noted for its appealing, upright clumping habit. It produces distinctive cream flowers and powder blue foliage. This blue colour occurs in the new seasons, and darkens to green as the plant matures. Blue Ridge is very frost tolerant and an all round tough plant. Likes a position of full sun to part shade in free draining soil. Grows to a height of approximately 30cm. Great for borders or mass plantings. 6"/14cm pot

Cedrus atlantica glauca 

Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar is a dramatic, weeping evergreen makes a special addition to any landscape. Superb specimen for minimal-care gardens. The naturally slow-growing sprawling horizontal habit has pendant branchlets displaying icy-blue needles, creating a graceful, waterfall-like effect. Best placed in a position of full sunlight.

Reasons to buy Dwarf Nandina

Loved for its attractive colourful foliage, Dwarf Nandina is one of the most popular varieties of the Nandina (Sacred Bamboo) family. Extremely versatile, and wherever you choose to plant it, its gorgeous colours will create a bright spot in any garden. Dwarf Nandina does not flower, and is loved mostly for its exotic coloured foliage. You will delight as its green/yellow foliage transforms through blush pinks in summer, before bursting in vibrant reds during winter. Nandina grows quite low, remaining roughly as wide as it is tall which in the Dwarf (Nandina domestica nana) varieties is not much more than about 50cm tall. (It does also come in larger varieties, which we call Tall Nandina.) Dwarf Nandina is quite a hardy plant that is suitable for most climate types. After establishing itself, it enjoys both lots of sun or partial shade, with a high tolerance for different temperatures. It even copes well with drought, but prefers soils with a little acidity that are well-drained and topped with a light sprinkling of compost. A light prune as new spring growth emerges is recommended to keep it neat, but it can do quite well with no trimming at all. If you plant to buy Dwarf Nandina for planting in pots or containers, beware of overheating in summer. A deep soak every now and then helps. Apart from that it needs minimal maintenance. It is equally at home in Coastal or Tropical Gardens, Mediterranean Gardens, Poolside, Courtyard and more.

Mini Mondo

Mini Mondo is the most popular Mondo. It spreads quickly & forms a very dense, slightly curly looking, rich green border which will never grow taller than 10cm. Mini Mondo can be planted in front of a low hedge to create a layered effect, or planted as a border around low growing plants that you don’t wish to have dwarfed by your border.

Tall Mondo

Tall Mondo is a finer, straighter leaved Mondo, which grows to a maximum height of 30cm. It spreads quickly and forms a dense evergreen border with a soft look that compliments many gardens, including cottage gardens, lush tropical gardens full of palms, formal gardens & contemporary modern landscapes.

Bongo Borders Liriope

Bongo Borders Liriope are the perfect compliment border & perform like a giant Mondo Grass. Bongo Borders Liriope grow to a maximum height of 90cm. Their rich strap like leaves form a very full and attractive border, which spreads quickly & gives the feeling of luxuriance. Bongo Borders Liriope are a Liriope gigantea (Giant Liriope) that go well with all kinds of garden styles. Use them as a tall to medium border in a series of layered borders.
