| Description | Clematis montana rubens
Hardy and vigorous single rose pink blooms in spring through summer. Fragrant. Drought and frost hardy. Prefers a full sun to part shade position. Flowering commences in spring plants will repeat flower if tip pruned after the first flush. Suitable for growing in large pots on a frame also can be grown amongst small to medium sized shrubs or other climbing plants.
| Imperata cylindrica rubra
Japanese blood grass is grown for its decorative foliage. The leaves emerge green at the base with tips blood red.
The vivid red colour increases in summer and is at its best in autumn. Japanese Blood Grass is a very good accent plant. It prefers a full sun position and can be planted near ponds or other water features.

Hostas are mainly grown for their amazing foliage through the warmer months. Hostas are guaranteed to brighten up a shady position, plus there is the added bonus of lavender to lilac flowers in Summer. Mature growth 90cm x 2m wide.
