Traditionally English Lavender was grown for its heavenly fragrance, used in oils and potpourri.

• Tolerates drought and dry conditions, preferring well drained soils

Hidcote Lavender is a dwarf bush with aromatic silver-green leaves bearing slender spikes of dark purple-blue flowers during spring and summer. The flowers are darker in colour than Munstead lavendar, and Hidcote does not grow as tall.

Bush Dance Kangaroo Paw is a small clumping variety with sprays of bright green and red paw shaped velvet flowers that extend a metre tall from the stem from Spring through to Autumn.
