This tree can grow in a wide range of conditions making it quite popular in gardens and as a street tree. Will reach between 12 and 20 metres in 10 years. | Agapanthus orientalis 'Purple Cloud'Agapanthus is a clump-forming plant with long narrow strap-shaped foliage, and erect stems bearing globes of beautiful funnel-shaped flowers that bloom in mid and late Summer. Purple Cloud is a vivid purple variety. Agapanthus' are best placed in a position of full sunlight and moist, well drained soils. Can grow in most types of soils.
