They're a commonly seen in gardens and large landscapes throughout the country. They are perennial & evergreen, and grows up to 1.5m in large clumps. Wild Iris can grown in shade or sun and is tolerant of drought, salt and waterlogging, making it a versatile and very useful plant.Gardenia jasminoides Golden Magic is an evergreen shrub with shiny green foliage which bears prolific amounts of delightful, heavily perfumed flowers beginning as snow white and turning to a butter like yellow, and finally gold. Golden Magic should be watered frequently, prefers to be placed in a position of partial shade. These plants are great as a hedge when planted en masse or work well as a pot plant.
