Description

Sambucus nigra

The European Black Elderberry is a large, deciduous shrub producing white flowers and purple black berries (when ripe). The white flowers have a musky fragrance and appear in summer attracting butterflies and are followed with the black fruits. Berries are used for berries, jams, wines and cordials. (This variety is close enough but seperate from Sambucus canadensis - American Elderberry, both the best edible elderberry species and both the same health benefits) Only the flowers(raw) and berries(cooked) are edible on this tree, the rest is noted for being poisonus. 4"/10cm tube-pot

Kalanchoe blossfeldiana

Common names: Flaming Katy, Florists Kalanchoe or Christmas Kalanchoe. Small flowering perennial succulents originating from Madagascar, that have thick deep green leaves and bright cylindrical flowers. They are often used as house plants in Australia because they are drought-tolerant and super easy to grow!

Bellis perennis

Common names: Common Daisy, English Daisy, Meadow Daisy or Lawn Daisy. A low-growing, cottage-style plant originating from Europe with pink white flowers and golden centres.
If your looking for a small hedging plant then this is the one for you. Dutch Box is a dwarf box that grows with dense, glossy green foliage and works well in shaded areas. Dutch Box also likes part shade in moist, well-drained soil, but will tolerate a wide range of soils and conditions. It should be clipped to maintain a formal shape. Slight yellow discolouration of the leaves on Dutch box may occur during cooler months, but don't worry, this is normal! This is remedied by applying with Dolomite Lime, and a slow release fertilizer a month later. Or you can just leave your Dutch Box alone and it will come back lovely and green and spring.
