A dwarf form of the popular Polygala, which is known for it's heartiness and attractive flowers, the Little Charmer is a stout and reliable shrub. Throughout the Spring and the Summer this bush will produce a spectacular number of purple pea-type flowers, and will sometimes flower during the other seasons.
