Description

Acacia mearnsii 

Common black wattle is an evergreen, Australian native tree that has bipinnate leaves and produces pale yellow or cream coloured flowers followed by black to reddish brown pods. Can reach up to 10m tall. Prefers full sun with well drained soil, but is not too fussy.

Grevillea hybrid

Grevillea RSL Spirit of Anzac is a medium sized evergreen native shrub reaching around 3m tall. It has red brush flowers with yellow/cream undertones that appear from spring to autumn and green foliage. Likes a well drained sunny position.

Westringia fruticosa

Westringia Naringa makes a great medium to tall hedge. Tidy form with masses of mauve coloured flowers produced in Spring and regularly at other times. Needs pruning about half as much as other Westringias. Plant in a position of full sun to part shade. Tolerant of cold and drought. Mature height 2m x 1.5m wide.  

Malus purpurea

The Purple Crab Apple makes a handsome small tree, quite round topped in maturity. With beautiful flowers which are a deep, red-purple colour creating an effect that looks almost unbelievably rich. A great specimen tree, in Autumn the Purple Crab Apple has dark purple fruit and leaves which turn shades of yellow and red. 13" pot size.
