Myrtle wattle or Red stemmed wattle is widespread throughout all Australian states except for the Northern Territory. It is considered a medium to large shrub or small tree, reaching only 1-2m tall and wide. It has a distinctive feature of the reddish stems so it's easy to see the variety. Circular cream clusters appear every year.
