Ficus Macrophylla "Bay Fig"

Bay Fig is a tall, broad spreading tree when open-grown, densely foliaged with large, shiny, dark green foliage which have a distinctive rusty-brown underside. It produces small round, edible fruit produced at times through the year which are dry and gritty. This is a suitable coastal tree tolerating salt winds and dry, sandy soil. It is also an excellent shade tree for parks, large gardens and open space plantings. Grows to approximately 15-30m in height. Thrives in a full sunlight location. Moreton Bay fig makes an excellent, bonsai subject and can also be a bushy plant kept in a large container. 16"/40cm pot

Araucaria heterophylla

Norfolk Island Pine is an evergreen tree that is native to Norfolk Island, off the East coast of Australia. In the wild, they have been seen to grow to heights of up to 200 feet. Regardless of its potential height, the Norfolk Island Pine is still commonly used as a container or tub plant typically in the 3-6 foot tall range.

Norkfolk Island Pines grow slowly and in proper conditions have a long life. Grows best in a position of partial shade. Requires low maintenance.
