Description

Cercis canadensis 'Forest Pansy'

The Forest Pansy is an incredibly beautiful small growing deciduous tree. Its rich purple heart-shaped foliage turns vibrant yellows, oranges, reds and purples in the autumn time and in the spring its bare, almost black branches are aflush with magenta blossoms. It is an ideal feature shade tree for a lush suburban, cottage or Japanese style garden.   See our Cercis Factsheet here for more about the different Cercis varieties!

Lagerstroemia indica x fauriei

Tuscarora is one of the best of the dark fuchsia-pink flowering Lagerstroemia's. The flowers and highly ornamental bark make this tough small tree a useful specimen or screening tree. Crepe Myrtles are adaptable to a range of conditions, heat and some dryness but requires adequate moisture during establishment. So can also be used well as a street tree. Mature growth: 6m x 4m wide. 10"/25cm pot

Alpinia zerumbet 'Variegata'

A hardy landscaping plant with tough variegated foliage. Produces hanging flowers in Spring. Great under-storey filler and pot plant. Approx 1-1.5m
