Prunus serrulata 'Cheals'

'Cheals' Weeping Cherry bloom double petal pink blossoms which absolutely cover the bare, loosely hanging branches, and hold until the leaves emerge. Bronze new growth mature to green in summer and when autumn comes around the tree is awash with autumnal colour. Best used as a feature in a large pot or in the garden and kept out of the wind so as to retain the blossoms and autumn leaves for longer. Weeping cherry's don't like soggy roots so plant in well draining soil or in a mound above the soil line to assist with drainage. For care instructions and additional information, click here! Alcea rosea

The Watchmen Hollyhock is a superb plant that adds height and colour to any bed. With deep maroon colouring with flashes of black flowers held above the stems. Plant in a sunny position in normal free draining garden soil. Choose a position that is out of the wind and plant in groups for dramatic effect and to enable plants to support each other. 4''/10cm pot
Doryanthes palmeri 'Giant Spear Lily' The Doryanthes Palmeri grows its big leaves up to 3m, hence the name Giant Spear Lily. The stalk grows up to 5m and droops rather than standing upright due to the weight of the flowers. The smaller variety, the Doryanthes Excelsa,  grows leaves that reach 2-2.5m and its flowering stalk grows straight, up to 6-8 metres and bears a large cluster of bright red flowers, each 10 centimetres across. Doryanthes palmeri flowers in spring but can take over 13 years to flower. Flowering can be brought on by bushfires, which also promotes the sprouting of root bulbs 16"/40cm pot
