The Ficus benjamina, commonly known as weeping fig or benjamin fig or even just Ficus tree, is an evergreen native to Asia and Australia. Midnight Beauty is a very popular house plant because of its graceful darker drooping branchlets and glossy green leaves. Position your Ficus benjamina in a bright sunny position in your home (but will also tolerate shade) but is sensitive to cold so protect it from strong drafts.
