Description

Cynara scolymus

Green Globe Artichoke has bold, deeply lobed silvery-green foliage that grow in a giant rosette that can reach 4 feet in height. The fleshy flower buds 2 to 5 inches in diameter borne on a tall stem from the center of the plant are the edible portion. Likes both full sunlight and partial shade. Tolerant of light frost. Harvest buds while they are still tightly closed. 4"/10cm pot size.

Ulmus parvifolia

Inspire PBR is a variety of Chinese Elm with an upright growth habit, rather than spreading outward. Perfect for long narrow areas, down long driveways or avenues. It is known to be semi-deciduous, so it will give a beautiful autumn colour, and will have small green glossy leaves during the year. Mature growht: 6x2m 8"/20cm pot

Prunus avium

Bing produces very large, mahogany red, firm and sweet fruit which have an excellent tangy cherry flavour. It is large, spreading and productive. The leaves are dark green and smooth. The smooth, glossy, reddish bark is another notable feature of this beauty. Bing produces fragrant, white flowers and large, heart-shaped fruit. For best growth place it in light, sandy soil that is well drained, but receives adequate water.

Teucrium fruticans

Teucrium fruticans, also known as Germander, is a very hardy small evergreen bush in the mint family with grey stems and undersides of the leaves. Pale lilac blue flowers accent the bush during summer. Prefers a full sun position. It will tolerate the dry inland heat but does very well in coastal areas. Drought tolerant once established. Grown 1.2m x 1.2m 6''/14cm pot
