Description

Leucadendron

Safari Goldstrike is a beautiful, large upright growing Leucadendron flushing yellow in late winter-spring. It's excellent as a landscape shrub and cut flower. Must be grown in full sun for optimum flowering. Grows to roughly 6ft high. Closely related to proteas, Leucadendrons are attractive native Australian or African shrubs grown for their show foliage and flowers. They are great for adding color and a native look to any garden. A really hardy plant which will grow in a position some plants won't. Low maintenance and little watering required.
Rosa David Austin English Shrub rose Lady of Megginch bears exquisite raspberry pink classical blooms from late Spring with a medium Old world fruity fragrance.

Rhagodia spinescens

Creeping Saltbush is a compact and hardy shrub with attractive silvery foliage and a nice dense habit. This is a very low maintenance plant for landscaping work. It can be pruned to shape if desired to form an informal low hedge.

Creeping Saltbush grows best in full sun to light shade. It is frost and drought tolerant, and suits coastal sites as it is salt tolerant.

Grows approximately H:1.2 Meters W:2-3 Meters

Pittosporum tenuifolium

Perfect Pillar is a bushy, dense, fast growing Pittosporum with a neat rounded habit and glossy pale-green foliage. Although brown, the flowers are quite insignificant but offer a honey smell during Spring. Perfect for screening and hedging. Grows to 3-4m in height and 3m wide.

Xanthorrhoea glauca  'Grass Tree'

Uniquely Australian, hardy grass tree with rough dark textured trunk and central tuft of foliage. X. glauca has blue-green-grey leaves, and is native to the south east.  X. glauca differs from X. johnsonii in having blue-grey leaves. Although grass trees are slow growing in dry conditions, they are certainly worth the wait. It has a growth rate of only 1-2cm per year but it can grow to over 6 metres tall.
