Description	Acer davidii  Snake Bark Maples are gorgeous trees that are perfect for small or medium sized gardens, with smooth bark (when young) usually patterned with vertical dark green to greenish-brown stripes and sometimes other tones, making it quite pleasing to the eye. The glossy foliage this tree bears turns bright red before falling. Snake Bark Maples are hardy and thrive in well drained soil. They produces a beautiful pale yellow flower.
