DescriptionCydonia oblonga Pineapple Quince is an ancient variety that is a vigorous growing tree with extra large foliage, fruit harvests late and a very nice flavour with a pineapple-like aroma. It is useful for baking, and jams, and makes a terrific quince jelly, and profuse ornamental blossom. These will cook up to a lighter colour than other quinces. 20"/50cm pot A horizontal cordon espalier is a flat, rectangular tree structure formed by guiding branches to grow horizontally along a support system, typically a trellis or fence.
