Light green foliage is seen through Spring and Summer turning a stunning yellow during Autumn. The bright yellow bark adds additional interest in the colder periods of the year. This plum is fantastic for cooking and drying and makes an excellent jam. Damson Plum grows to a height of 4m with a similar spread. This old variety is rugged and dependable as well as being cold hardy. 10" pot size. | Michelia x albaMichelia Alba, also known as; white sandalwood, white jade orchid tree, white Champaca, Bai Lan or Pak Lan. This is a spectacular medium-sized evergreen tree with large, luscious, lime-green foliage that looks almost luminous. Nearly hidden amongst the foliage are beautiful, delicate, whispy, orchid-like flowers, that have a very exotic sweet scent. This tree is highly prized throughout Southeast Asia, where it is considered to bestow good luck, and the fragrance is also known to be an aphrodisiac. This variegated form of Lawson Cypress is a slow-growing ornamental conifer with a loose, rounded habit and softly pendulous tips. Its grey-green foliage is beautifully highlighted with creamy white splashes, especially at the branch ends. It prefers moist, well-drained soil and should be protected from hot sun and strong winds.
