A terrific hardy small shrub which can be used for low hedging and screening as well as a lovely feature plant, and does well in coastal gardens. It has attractive orange flowers with maroon styles and whitish perianth from winter through spring, and they are highly attractive to large and small honey eating birds and insects. It suits a wide range of conditions and soils, including dry and partly shaded spots, where it will still flower. It is a very easy care plant. It can also be pruned into a more dense shape, this is best done in autumn and after flowering. It is a more compact form of Banksia ericifolia. | Hybrid Tea Rose
