| Description | Cedrus atlantica glauca pendula
A fast-growing, irregular weeping selection of Atlas cedar with dense, cloaked branches holding clusters of powdery steel-blue needles. Its form is extremely controllable with training; often seen treated as espalier, ground cover, or most-often as a magnificent solitary specimen. This is definitely not a dwarf conifer. Terminals can extend up to 60 cm on a yearly basis and, over time, will become a massive tree. It is extremely tolerant of poor conditions and for best performance, must be positioned in full sun.
100 litre | Camellia sasanqua
Camellia Yuletide is an evergreen shrub with dense, glossy green leaves. It has bright red flowers with yellow stamens, and can get to 4m tall. In Australia this variety of camellia flowers from March to July, but in the northern hemisphere it flowers in the Christmas season, hence it's name.
It prefers a sunny to part shade position in rich well drained soil. Water regularly in warmer months. Camellias are perfect for hedging, or as a feature plant. Fertilise and prune lightly in Spring. | Ulmus glabra lutescens
Golden Elm is an eye-catching, golden-leaved Elm with a wide spreading habit. This Elm is a very impressive shade tree that can create foliage contrast in gardens and parks. Can be kept cut back to a small tree or grow into a spectacular large tree where space allows.
In spring the new growth is a pale lime-green which turns bright greenish-gold. The leaves broaden and turn yellow in autumn making it a perfect feature tree.
